My Spiritual Biography
My spiritual path has been shaped by a lifelong devotion to sacred study, contemplative practice, creative expression, and Earth-honoring living.
I am a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids, walking a Druidic path rooted in reverence for nature, seasonal wisdom, and the poetic voice of the soul. My work is grounded in the understanding that the natural world is both teacher and temple, and that spiritual practice is most powerful when woven into daily life.
I am a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as well as a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. My training includes study with Guru Singh at Yoga West in Los Angeles and Gurmukh at Golden Bridge Yoga, where I was immersed in the Kundalini tradition — a lineage that emphasizes devotion, mantra, breath, and the awakening of inner awareness.
For more than twenty years, I have studied and read Tarot as a sacred symbolic language — a tool for reflection, spiritual guidance, and intuitive insight. My approach to Tarot is contemplative and archetypal, supporting clients in deepening their relationship with their own inner knowing.
I have also been a practicing home-based herbalist for over a decade, cultivating a hands-on relationship with plant medicine while raising my two children in a holistic, nature-centered lifestyle. Herbalism, for me, is both practical and sacred — a way of restoring connection between body, Earth, and spirit.
My spiritual studies are interwoven and expansive. Over the years, I have engaged deeply with multiple traditions, including Christianity, Judaism, Sikhism, Wicca, and Druidry. This interfaith foundation informs my work with a spirit of reverence and respect for the many ways humans seek connection with the Divine.
Creative expression has always been a parallel current within my spiritual life. I hold a BFA in Musical Theatre, and my years of theatrical training and performance have served as a profound exploration of empathy, emotional attunement, and archetypal embodiment. Theatre, for me, is a sacred art — a way of stepping into the emotional and spiritual realities of others, and a natural extension of my intuitive and empathic nature.
I am also a musician and vocal artist, working with voice as an instrument of prayer, storytelling, and energetic transmission. I currently serve as Music Director for Ancient Hearts Collective, an interspiritual community devoted to contemplative practice and sacred gathering. Through music, chant, and devotional song, I help create spaces where collective healing and connection can unfold.
Today, my path is one of integration — bringing together ritual, prayer, plant wisdom, intuitive guidance, creative expression, and seasonal practice to support others in remembering their own sacred belonging.
