The plants are among our oldest teachers — offering healing that is gentle, intelligent, and deeply rooted in the rhythms of the body and Earth.
For most of human history, knowledge of plants was shared in kitchens, gardens, forests, and village gatherings. Remedies were passed down through families, neighbors, and community elders. My approach to herbalism grows from this same spirit — learning together, reconnecting with the plants around us, and restoring herbal knowledge as part of everyday life.
I currently offer community-based herbal workshops and gatherings where we can explore plant wisdom in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
These events are designed to be educational, practical, and deeply rooted in seasonal rhythms.
What to Expect
Community herbal gatherings may include:
✧ Seasonal herbal workshops
✧ Herbal tea blending and tasting
✧ Introduction to common medicinal plants
✧ Kitchen herbalism and home remedies
✧ Herbal traditions for families and children
✧ Hands-on herbal crafting
Events are often designed to be approachable for beginners while still offering meaningful insight for those who have already begun exploring herbalism.
My goal is not to overwhelm with technical information, but to help people build a living relationship with plants and gain the confidence to begin using herbs safely and thoughtfully in daily life.
My herbal work is rooted in traditional Western herbalism, supported by years of personal study and practice as a home herbalist.
I believe herbal knowledge should remain accessible, practical, and connected to the natural world rather than overly clinical or commercialized.
In these gatherings we return to the simple foundations:
✧ Nourishing herbal infusions
✧ Seasonal plant wisdom
✧ Gentle remedies for everyday wellbeing
✧ Respectful relationship with the land and the plants that grow upon it
These gatherings are especially welcoming for:
✧ Families and homeschool communities
✧ Beginners curious about herbalism
✧ People seeking a deeper connection with nature
✧ Anyone who wants to learn simple herbal practices for the home
No previous herbal knowledge is required.
Upcoming workshops and seasonal gatherings will be announced here and through my mailing list.
If you would like to be notified about upcoming herbal events, please join the mailing list or reach out through the contact page.
I am also available to offer small herbal workshops for:

Please note: Herbal events are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
